Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

At Novalyra LLC, we stand behind the quality of our services and are committed to your satisfaction. We want you to feel confident in your investment, which is why we offer fair and transparent refund policies for all of our services.

2. Coaching Packages

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all coaching packages, calculated from the date of purchase.

  • If you are unsatisfied with our coaching services within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund
  • After 14 days, no refund will be issued for sessions that have already been completed
  • Unused sessions beyond the 14-day window may be refunded on a prorated basis at our discretion

3. Subscription Plans

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all subscription features until the end of your current billing period
  • Annual Plans: Prorated refunds are available for the unused portion of annual subscription plans
  • Monthly Plans: No partial refund will be issued for the current monthly billing period

4. Custom Consulting Services

  • A full refund is available for unstarted work if requested within 7 days of contract signing
  • No refund will be issued for completed work or delivered deliverables
  • Partially completed projects may be refunded on a prorated basis, calculated based on completed milestones as outlined in the project agreement

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at support@novalyrallc.com with the subject line “Refund Request”
  • Include the following information in your email:
    • Your full name
    • Email address associated with your account
    • Service or product purchased
    • Date of purchase
    • Reason for the refund request
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days from the date of approval
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase via Stripe
  • Depending on your bank or financial institution, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

7. Exceptions

The following exceptions apply to our refund policy:

  • Digital materials, resources, templates, and downloadable content that have been accessed or downloaded are non-refundable
  • Services purchased at a promotional or discounted rate may have modified refund terms, which will be communicated at the time of purchase
  • Refund requests made in bad faith or as part of a pattern of abuse may be denied
